M4s are found in Police Departments typically in the form of an AR-15 with fixed or collapsible stocks. At the state and local level, M4s may even be a SWAT weapon. At the Federal Law Enforcement level with DHS, DOJ, BOP and others the M4 can be fielded with lights, lasers, optics and more attached to the rails.
